TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOURLY RATES
You may book the vehicle by the hour please phone or email for a quote.
Parking Fees and Toll charges are payable where applicable. London congestion charge is included.
DAY RATES
We can offer fixed prices to suit your day and special requirements. An agreed mileage allowance is included.
EVENING RATES
Please contact the Office as we get very booked up in the evenings.
WEDDING RATES
Please contact the Office because every Wedding, Venue, is different and we can give you a more detailed estimate of prices.
1. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.0% surcharge.
2. All prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 15%
3. Our payment terms are strictly pre paid.
4. Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges as discussed during your quotation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A non returnable deposit is paid with the booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before the departure time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out with our control.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
If traffic conditions including road closures, accidents, unforeseen heavy traffic and acts of God prevents the driver from arriving on time, and this in tern leads to missed appointments/flights/forwarding travel plans etc.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred although every effort will be made to ensure the car arrives on time.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to good working order.
If there are any changed or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged. You will be provided with the same vehicle and chauffeur to avoid any confusion but we reserve the right to change the vehicle and chauffeur at any time if absolutely necessary.
Your Chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the client at the time.
Any parking tickets gained by the request of a client asking the chauffeur to ‘wait here’ shall also be charged at cost.
We recommend that you allow the chauffeur to open the car door, as any damage incurred to the door you open (onto a post/other vehicle/passing motorbike/pushbike etc) shall be paid for by the client.
We are fully insured for passenger and third party claim, however customers property are carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible liable for any loss/damage to such property. Any lost property will be kept for 7 days and then handed into the local police station and a receipt will be kept for collection.
